Community Connect is a place-based youth engagement initiative delivered in public and semi-public spaces across Cairns. Trained Youth Development Coaches provide a consistent, positive presence focused on community safety by connecting young people with purpose and pathways into wellbeing, education, training and employment.

Cast & Connect operates as a commercial fishing and mentoring service, with all profits reinvested into our purpose whilst also creating a practical pathway into training, work experience and employment through one of Far North Queensland's most culturally and regionally significant activities.
